It’s not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.
We take an iterative approach to all our projects. By taking small steps and involving you at every step we ensure we deliver exactly what you and your customers need and want.
First we must understand your business, it's processes, your target audience and their behaviour. This research is what we call the discovery phase.
Once we have a good understanding of your business we can document the requirements, this sets out the business and user goals of the project. Once we have the requirements documented we know the scope of the work. As part of the requirements we identify the different persona's involved, document the different user paths through the system (the user flows) and wire-frame out the pages.
After the requirements are complete we can prototype the user interface and get feedback early. As with all stages of the project we test, iterate and continuously improve the user experience. We use a mixture of Photoshop and HTML for the prototypes.
When the user interface design is complete we move into the development phase. Development is done using an agile approach that involves you to make sure what we build matches the agreed requirements and meets the business needs. Testing again is key as we makes sure everything works the way it is supposed to before deployment.
Once development and testing is complete we move onto the deployment phase where the project goes live. Once live we then move onto marketing where we get feedback and continuously improve the web site or app making sure it is a success.
